Park Rental Form
Please fill out the form below to reserve a space at the Bourbon Community Park. If you prefer you can also download the Park Rental Contract, print it out, and deliver it to the Town Clerk's office. Please feel free to contact the Bourbon Clerk-Treasurer's Office with any questions or concerns.
Even if you fill out the form below, you will need to submit a $50.00 refundable security deposit plus payment for the rental. The security deposit and rental fee must be paid by two separate checks.
